In these difficult and uncertain times, misinformation and inadequate resources are hitting the rural communities the most. The preventive lockdown itself brings several difficulties like those of livelihood loss and mental stress.
In order to share some expert knowledge on maintaining mental health during the COVID epidemic and the preventive lockdown, NIMHANS Bangalore along with ECHO India is organizing this online knowledge session.
Any NGO dealing with COVID situations or lockdown issues.
This interaction should help various NGOs and their staff to deal better with their anxieties and manage their mental well-being. It should also enable the NGO staff to support the rural communities better by getting their queries/doubts clarified by a team of expert doctors.
