Job Responsibilities

  • Use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to support the planning, design, and implementation of urban water management solutions.

  • Apply GIS tools to analyze spatial data relevant to urban waters and related infrastructure projects.

  • Develop and maintain databases as per project-specific Management Information Systems (MIS).

  • Ensure that the databases are structured and maintained for effective data retrieval and project tracking.

  • Create and maintain dashboards for monitoring project performance and progress.

  • Prepare monthly progress reports that align with the project deliverables.

  • Populate and update project dashboards regularly, ensuring accurate data representation and timely reporting to stakeholders.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning (GIS) or a related field, with a specialization in GIS applications in urban settings.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in GIS applications in urban contexts, with a focus on urban water management and infrastructure planning.

  • Experience in developing and managing databases related to GIS and MIS.

  • Proficiency in creating interactive and intuitive dashboards for data representation.

  • Knowledge and practical experience in GIS applications specific to urban projects, especially in the context of water resources and infrastructure development.
