Job Description

The Project Manager will coordinate agricultural and natural resource management programs, ensuring effective implementation and sustainability.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes to monitor program performance.

• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to promote community resilience.

• Manage program budgets, allocate resources, and oversee procurement.

• Submit documentation and reports to funding bodies and relevant parties.

• Attend review meetings at the Hyderabad central office as needed.

• Any other task assigned as per the project requirement

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in program management, focusing on agriculture and natural resource management.

• Experience in managing teams and leading staff.

• Proficiency in Telugu and English; knowledge of Gondi and Kollami is a bonus.

• Strong understanding of agricultural practices and natural resource management.

• Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in grant management and reporting.

• Familiarity with GIS and data analysis tools is an advantage.

• Willing to travel extensively within and outside the project area.
